Job Summary of Kitchen Prep:

You will take charge and offer assistance for our extensive upcoming store launches by working closely with the new store opening program committee and regional teams. This position involves recognizing possibilities, executing top strategies, and overseeing schedules and assets in cooperation with the Director, New Store Opening to guarantee smooth store openings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Prep:

• Take charge or engage in the opening of fresh retail locations throughout the organization, leveraging the new store inauguration program committee and regional groups to ensure effective debuts.
• Recognize potential areas for growth, track the profitability of investments, and execute most effective strategies from the start until the finish, collaborating with the Director of New Store Launch.
• Facilitate the certification of teams responsible for launching new stores in different regions, support the Director in assigning tasks to teams, and uphold rigorous operational benchmarks.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for the New Store Opening Department.
• Serve as a consultant from the Operations department for the New Store Opening Program Committee.
• Ensure that the Department for the Opening of New Stores offers efficient and prompt assistance to the program committee and Operations by promptly addressing any inquiries they may have.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Prep:

• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable level of practical experience is necessary.
• Preference given to candidates with prior operations management background or successful completion of all GO 100 courses; those who have transferred from Operations at ACO/Level 1 are highly desired.
• A minimum of five years of applicable experience with advancing levels of managerial duties.
• A Food Handler’s Card must be obtained within a month of starting employment.
• Completion of the yearly store training is required upon being employed.

Salary:

• The salary ranges from $112,500 to $158,000 per year, with variances based on the level of experience.
