Job Summary of Line Prep Cook:
You will leads and supports our wide new store openings by collaborating with the new store opening program committee and regional teams. This role identifies opportunities, implements best practices, and manages timelines and resources in partnership with the Director, New Store Opening to ensure successful store launches.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Line Prep Cook:
- Take the lead or participate in the commencement of new store openings within the corporation, utilizing the new store opening program committee and regional teams for effective launches.
- Identify opportunities for advancement, assess ROI, and implement successful strategies from start to finish, in consultation with the Director overseeing the initiation of new stores.
- Coordinate the certification of teams tasked with opening new stores in different regions, aid the Director in assigning team responsibilities, and uphold stringent operational standards.
- Assist in the formulation of strategic plans to support the expansion initiatives of the New Store Opening Department.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations as a consultant on the New Store Opening Program Committee.
- The timely and effective support provided by the New Store Opening Department to the program committee and Operations is crucial, and inquiries should be promptly addressed.
Qualifications and Experience of Line Prep Cook:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical knowledge is essential.
- Priority is given to applicants with practical experience in operations management or those who have successfully finished all GO 100 courses; individuals who have transitioned from Operations at ACO/Level 1 are strongly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is the minimum educational requirement.
- Obtaining a Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment initiation is essential.
- New employees are mandated to conclude the annual store training following their recruitment.

- Earning potentials fluctuate based on experience, resulting in an annual salary ranging from $112,500 to $158,000.
