• Uphold compliance with safety, cleanliness, and food handling protocols on a consistent basis.

Qualifications and Experience of Operations Lead:

• Having undergone high school education to a certain extent is beneficial.
• Although it can be advantageous, prior experience in operations or food service is not compulsory.
• Complying with the local food safety rules, which may entail securing a Food Handler certification that the individual must pay for.
• Aptitude for working in a quick-paced, physically strenuous setting that entails long periods of standing and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Advanced communication proficiency and the aptitude to flexibly manage evolving priorities and conflicts.
