Job Summary of Associate Property Manager:

This training position supports the development of future property managers by handling advanced lease administration and landlord relationship responsibilities. The role includes resolving complex landlord disputes, reviewing financial charges for accuracy, and preparing lease documentation. The position collaborates closely with Operations to align property strategies with business needs while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior property management leaders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Associate Property Manager:

• Investigate and resolve complex landlord disputes independently, securing cost savings.
• Review and approve advanced charges such as CAM for accuracy against lease terms.
• Collaborate with Operations to address lease-related issues and support business goals through reporting, presentations, and analysis.
• Analyze trends and generate reports to recommend process improvements.
• Lead and manage special property-related projects as needed.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with occupancy rules and lease conditions.
• Maintain data accuracy in the property management system (AMT Direct), including critical dates and lease terms.
• Prepare Lease Term Sheets (LTS) for new stores and renewals with high accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications and Experience of Associate Property Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or real estate.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, with demonstrated lease administration knowledge.
• Completion of NRTA course and Property Management coursework required.
• Successful completion of required company training programs.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required within 30 days of employment.

Salary:

• $90,000 $126,500 annually, based on experience and work location.
