Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Manager:

• Drive top line sales growth and profitability through effective leadership, planning, and operational execution.
• Ensure execution of all retail and salon services with focus on guest loyalty, shrink control, and omni-channel engagement.
• Use company tools to forecast, budget, and schedule labor effectively to achieve productivity and payroll goals.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of a diverse, high-performing team while promoting inclusion and engagement.
• Coach and mentor managers and associates to deliver exceptional guest service and exceed business performance goals.
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising execution, safety compliance, and loss prevention programs.
• Promote continuous learning and adoption of new products, technologies, and company initiatives.
• Communicate business trends, guest insights, and operational challenges to field leadership for improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience of General Manager:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of progressive retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams while navigating organizational change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and performance accountability.
• Proficiency in basic technology including POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel for meetings.

Salary:

$76,960.00 – $91,520.00 per year, with additional incentive opportunities based on performance and eligibility criteria.
