Job Summary of Kitchen Prep Associate:

The primary function of this role is to prepare and cook food items while upholding standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. It also includes maintaining cleanliness in the work area, following recipes carefully, and observing safety protocols.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Prep Associate:

• Craft menu items following approved recipes and adhere to specific requirements for plate presentation.
• Complete all preparatory work promptly and with attention to detail.
• Establish and structure workstations according to the designated guidelines.
• Always prioritize the safety and hygiene of food during handling procedures.
• Before, during, and after every shift, ensure that the work area is cleaned and sanitized appropriately.
• Manage and complete the specified cleaning tasks designated for daily and weekly routines.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Prep Associate:

• Lawfully approved to work in the United States.
• Competency to uphold a standing position for the entire shift.
• Can effortlessly lift objects weighing 30 lbs or less.
• The preferred age group is those who are 18 years old and older.

Salary:

Workers can expect to earn between $14.50 and $18.00 per hour
