Job Summary of Kitchen Specialist:

This role plays a vital part in our kitchen operations by preparing quality food and supporting a welcoming dining experience. You will bring passion to every dish, lead by example in the back of house, and help maintain the energetic and inclusive atmosphere our guests enjoy. This position supports training efforts and upholds high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Specialist:

• Encourage a lively and inclusive ambiance for guests.
• Carry out the preparation of menu items as per the company's recipes and quality standards.
• Support in training and supervising kitchen personnel.
• Execute all responsibilities behind the scenes of the kitchen, such as cooking, prepping, and ensuring a hygienic environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Specialist:

• Applicants with some high school education are preferred.
• Previous involvement in restaurant operations is a plus.
• Complying with local food safety certification mandates requires securing a Food Handler certification at personal expense.
