Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cosmetics Specialist:

• Interact with customers to suggest Lancôme items and provide tailored interactions.
• Meet personal and retail sales objectives, which encompass specific brand benchmarks and engagement in customer loyalty initiatives.
• Offer consultations for skincare, apply makeup professionally, and present product demonstrations.
• Establish enduring connections with customers by engaging in clienteling techniques, maintaining regular follow-ups, and providing knowledgeable assistance.
• Promote and manage in-store activities to enhance customer experience and stimulate brand expansion.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance expectations in the Lancôme section and other designated areas.
• Engage in refreshing visual merchandising setups, planograms, and promotional showcases.
• Work together with colleagues to cultivate a welcoming and diverse atmosphere within the store environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Cosmetics Specialist:

• A high school diploma is desired; a cosmetology or demonstrator license is necessary in relevant cases.
• Previous exposure to cosmetic aesthetics or retail beauty is preferred.
• Proficient in establishing strong connections with clients and delivering tailored product recommendations.
• Strong abilities in communicating effectively, managing time efficiently, and collaborating with a team.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently within a high-speed retail environment.

Salary:
