Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager:

• Be responsible for supervising all store activities, such as managing personnel, creating schedules, and controlling inventory levels.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Manager:

• Available to work on weekends and within a 50-mile distance from the store, with a flexible schedule.
• Completion of Serve Safe certification or an equivalent food safety training program is required.
• Possessing robust leadership qualities and effective communication abilities to successfully navigate high-speed work settings.
• Demonstrating flexibility in adjusting to shifting priorities and skillfully managing conflicts.
