Job Summary of Business Operations Analyst:

EchoStar is seeking to provide insights and process improvement solutions across business units. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable improvements in quality and throughput. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling analytical tasks, process optimization, and reporting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Business Operations Analyst:

• Estimate work request completion times, respond to urgent requests, and manage scheduled deliverables across multiple analytical teams.
• Research, develop, and present business cases to senior management, articulating the value proposition of strategic projects.
• Analyze trends, compare performance standards, and evaluate network, device, software, and system components against various demographic and geographic factors.
• Monitor and report on initiative performance, providing recommendations for process enhancements.
• Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring timely performance tracking and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and report automation, implementing efficiency-driven changes.
• Lead automation projects to reduce manual efforts and increase productivity.
• Support skill-building efforts within the team to enhance overall efficiency.
• Meet performance metrics and deliver quantifiable results aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience of Business Operations Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Familiarity with SQL, database management, Python (for analytics and API integration), and basic Linux server management is a plus.

Salary:

• Aual salary range: $63,150 - $90,000.
