Job Summary of Service Associate:

The primary duties of this part-time role include providing personalized customer experiences, recommending wellness products, and assisting with store operations. Team members have a key role in fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment that upholds GNC’s Live Well mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Service Associate:

• Extend a warm reception to guests to create a positive and interactive space.
• Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable products for health and wellness purposes.
• Reach personal and store revenue targets by increasing product awareness.
• Process virtual orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Preserve the overall look of the store, encompassing tasks like replenishing inventory and enhancing the visual aesthetics of displays.
• Aid in the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis by overseeing opening and closing protocols and managing cash.
• Stay knowledgeable about nutritional advancements and product specifics to enhance customer support.

Qualifications and Experience of Service Associate:

• The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
• Aptitude to stand or walk for a span of up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to occasionally pick up objects weighing up to 40 pounds and push/pull weights up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to adjust availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and significant holidays in the United States.
• Sound abilities in engaging with people and transmitting information.
• Competency in working independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
