Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager:

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and leadership functions.
• Drive sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through team motivation and service excellence.
• Train, coach, and support store associates to achieve performance goals.
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory processes and assist with logistics tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Store Manager:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
