Job Duties and Responsibilities of Associate Supervisor:

• Create and upkeep a vibrant and hospitable ambiance for guests during the hours you are on duty.
• Help manage the day-to-day store operations and inspire team members to meet performance benchmarks.
• Take part in the culinary process of creating Panda's menu dishes, ensuring quality and standardization.
• Refine your personal competencies and support the growth of teammates to establish a positive and productive team culture.
• Emphasize the necessity of adhering to safety, cleanliness, and food safety procedures throughout the workday.

Qualifications and Experience of Associate Supervisor:

• It is advantageous to possess a background in secondary education.
• Having experience in operations or food service is advantageous, but it is not essential.
• Observing the local regulations regarding food safety, such as obtaining a Food Handler certification that is the financial responsibility of the individual.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting that requires prolonged standing and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Superior communication proficiency and the capacity to efficiently manage changing priorities and navigate conflicts adeptly.
