Job Summary of Assistant Manager:

This position supports the operations of a single restaurant location by assisting with staffing, training, and day-to-day management. The role is responsible for leading team members, ensuring operational excellence, achieving financial goals, and creating memorable guest experiences. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

• Assist in daily restaurant operations including team supervision and task delegation.
• Support hiring, training, and development of associates to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to achieving sales and profit targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Participate in a structured training program to build leadership capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serve Safe certification in food safety required.
• Flexibility to work in locations within a 50-mile radius.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments.
