Job Description of Client Support Representative:
Become a valuable member of the Field Operations team at DISH, which is a subsidiary of EchoStar, at our advanced Bluefield center. In this role, you will play a significant role as the primary coection between the company and its valued customers, addressing questions, resolving technical issues, and promoting our various products and services to help customers make the most of their DISH subscriptions. If you enjoy solving problems and engaging with a diverse range of clients, this position offers a perfect balance of challenge and fulfillment.
Required duties and obligations:
- Function as a competent support system for customers requiring guidance on billing, programming, and technical problems, steering them towards the best ways to utilize the services available to them.
- Efficiently manage customer problems, responding to routine queries and escalated issues during phone interactions.
- Demonstrate flexibility in your work hours by being available on weekends and holidays to consistently meet customer demands.
- Exhibit agility and strength in a high-speed setting, upholding interest and commitment throughout customer engagements.
- Cooperate proficiently with fellow team members in order to deliver outstanding customer service and to uphold DISH's reputation as a leader in excellence.
Qualifications and Experience of Client Support Representative:
- Meeting the educational requirement of a high school diploma, GED, or commensurate experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and issue resolution for a period of six months, illustrating a successful performance history.
- Willingness to embrace coaching and continuous learning, adapting techniques to enhance performance. All candidates must exhibit:
- Exemplary phone maerisms and proficient communication skills, upholding attentiveness and professionalism consistently throughout working hours.
- Reliability in showing up and versatility in meeting diverse work schedule demands, including intermittent alterations every 12-15 weeks.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks at once and effectively utilizing technology, while also delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-suite applications, aiding in the effective execution of various tasks.

- A competitive starting wage starting at $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with added bonuses for shifts worked during weekends and evenings.
