This position focuses on maximizing sales in the prestige category, including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. It involves engaging guests to understand their needs, recommending high end products, performing beauty demonstrations, and maintaining store cleanliness and standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Sales Consultant:
- Maximize sales in the premium category by suggesting additional products and services that complement the main purchase and by advertising current promotions and events to entice more customers.
- Ensure exceptional guest encounters through personalized consults, professional makeup services, and in-depth skincare analyses.
- Skillfully manage sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with a focus on accuracy and exceptional customer service.
- Make sure that the makeup stations, testers, and prestige section are consistently clean and hygienic.
- Collaborate on merchandising operations like organizing planograms, executing resets, setting up marketing displays, and managing shipment logistics.
- Coordinate and set up in-store activities as well as service arrangements to achieve store goals and promote customer involvement.
- Enhance your product knowledge by staying current on industry trends, new products, and educational content within the category.
- Observe all company regulations, protocols for avoiding losses, and guidelines for dressing appropriately.
Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Sales Consultant:
- A high school diploma is the desired educational qualification.
- Compliance with state legislation might entail acquiring a cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator license where necessary.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail, beauty, or related fields is preferred for this role.
- Strong communication proficiency and ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Salary:
