Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Support Associate:

• Ensure that customers have a smooth and timely transaction at the checkout counter.
• Improve customer happiness by affirming buying decisions at the moment of sale.
• Ensure the presentation of merchandise is at its best by tidying up the sales floor.
• Restore items to meet the brand’s requirements, maintaining a plentiful and structured display area for sales.
• Get products ready for the sales floor and uphold organization in the back storage area.
• Offer assistance with assignments like executing floorset layouts and managing the processing of shipments on demand.
• Abide by the policies, procedures, and operational standards established by the organization.
• Encourage the adoption of asset protection strategies and safety protocols during the course of regular store functions.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Support Associate:
