Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Sales Specialist:

• Ensure exceptional service by warmly welcoming and helping guests, providing personalized recommendations, and informing them about products and special offers.
• Meet or exceed store targets in retail sales, service revenue, loyalty programs, and multi-channel ventures.
• Handle financial transactions, returns, swaps, and support customers with online shopping through Ulta Beauty's systems.
• Engage customers by demonstrating products, such as makeup applications and skincare evaluations, to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Support in scheduling service reservations and hosting in-store events that elevate the guest experience.
• Monitor the upkeep of product exhibits, signage, and neatness in designated places including the sales section, bathrooms, and lounge area.
• Participate in inventory responsibilities, resetting merchandise displays, and handling shipments according to Ulta Beauty norms.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Sales Specialist:

• Preference is given to candidates who have completed high school.
• - Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Showed passion for exceeding guest expectations and product expertise.
• Well-versed in the operation of various technological devices, such as POS systems and mobile gadgets.
• Demonstrates adept interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in team-oriented or solo contexts.
• - Prepared to work flexible shifts, covering weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

Compensation for this position can be anywhere from $17.00 to $24.50 per hour.
