Job Summary of Senior Manager, Program Management Office:
This role ensures alignment of owned stores and licensed partners with PRG strategies and goals by providing program oversight, governance, and support to leadership teams. The position drives cross functional project execution, risk management, and collaboration across global markets to achieve business objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Manager, Program Management Office:
- Oversee creation and execution of cross-functional international and domestic licensing projects, approving goals, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with International Leadership, License Business Leaders, and partners using PMO reports and data to develop market-specific solutions that enhance business results.
- Define and manage project risks and mitigation plans; keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.
- Work closely with International Leadership and Operations Teams, licensees, partners, and vendors to evaluate and implement alternative business solutions.
- Lead, develop, and coach the PMO team to support company growth; recruit and hire new team members.
- Align International Leadership and License Leaders on strategic goals and hold them accountable for business outcomes.
- Build partnerships with domestic licensing partners at non-traditional locations, ensuring legal compliance and integration of PRG operational best practices.
- Strengthen relationships between international/domestic partners and Support Center functions to share PRG best practices.
- Launch and maintain the PMO platform in collaboration with IS and RD to improve communication and coordination across global teams and partners.
Qualifications and Experience of Senior Manager, Program Management Office:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance.
- Minimum seven years of retail or hospitality experience with progressive management responsibility, preferably in a restaurant environment.
- Successful completion of initial and ongoing required trainings.
- Valid Food Handler’s Card required within 30 days of employment.

Salary:
Annual salary range: $127,000 to $178,500, depending on experience.
