Job Duties and Responsibilities of Counter Sales Representative:
- Assist patrons with automotive parts inquiries via both face-to-face interactions and phone calls.

- Ensure excellent customer care to create a favorable shopping environment.
- Tap into the potential of technology, incorporating cash registers and catalog systems for locating parts effectively.
- Engage with patrons to discern their needs and offer suitable recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience of Counter Sales Representative:
- Valid driver?? license.
- Previous engagement in automotive-related activities or a curiosity to enhance understanding.
- Education must include a high school diploma or GED, along with the option to have undertaken technical or vocational education for added qualifications.
- Exceptional communication talents and exemplary customer service acumen.
- Ability to function effectively in a high-energy retail setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the automotive, heavy machinery, agricultural sector, or dealership business.

- Competence in cataloging or inventory management systems is beneficial.
