Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Services Support:

• Ensure excellent customer care by greeting and guiding patrons, offering personalized suggestions, and sharing knowledge about items and ongoing promotional activities.
• Achieve or surpass store goals regarding retail sales, service sales, loyalty programs, and omni-channel strategies.
• Oversee financial transactions, refunds, exchanges, and aid customers with online orders through Ulta Beauty's software.
• Demonstrate product features through makeup applications and skincare analysis to maximize customer engagement and drive product sales.
• Assist in coordinating service bookings and executing in-store activities to enhance the guest's overall experience.
• Uphold the cleanliness of product displays, markers, and overall presentation in designated areas including the salesfloor, restroom facilities, and employee breakroom.
• Participate in inventory activities, merchandise resets, and shipment processing in line with Ulta Beauty protocols.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Services Support:

• Successful candidates often have a high school diploma.
• - Having one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
• Displayed a profound dedication to guest service and product expertise.
• Proficient in the management of technology tools, including POS systems and handheld devices.
• Possesses the ability to engage effectively with others and work successfully in collaborative as well as independent capacities.
• - Willing to work varying shifts encompassing weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

This position offers an hourly salary varying from $17.00 to $24.50.
