Job Summary of Frontline Recruiter:

EchoStar is seeking a detail-oriented recruiting professional to support high-volume hiring initiatives across its In-Home Services division. This role focuses on driving an efficient, responsive candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting sourcing strategies across nationwide locations. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with onsite presence in the Denver Metro area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Frontline Recruiter:

• Review applications, contact qualified candidates, and schedule on-site interviews.
• Lead sourcing efforts to attract candidates aligned with hiring goals and organizational needs.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and ensure consistent communication with business partners.
• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Support recruiting-related projects and reporting as assigned.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across multiple U.S. locations to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications and Experience of Frontline Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, hiring, or a related HR field preferred.
• Strong ability to identify high-potential candidates with energy, intelligence, and drive.
• Resourcefulness and adaptability in addressing hiring challenges.
• Proficiency with internet tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Comfort with data and metrics to guide recruiting strategy.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary:

Compensation ranges from $27.02 / hour to $30.00 / hour.
