Job Summary

This position involves part-time sales in the communications and entertainment industry, focusing on TV, internet, and wireless services. Individuals in this role provide customer demonstrations, meet sales goals, and maintain updated product knowledge. Ideal candidates are digitally savvy, results-driven, and excel in a team-focused retail environment. Prior wireless sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, including wireless product sales
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to educate customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a strong understanding of all product lines, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced retail setting

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or wireless
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to wear a uniform during work hours
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Familiarity with current technology and devices

Salary

• Base pay of $18.00 per hour
• Targeted hourly earnings of $22.50 per hour through commission and incentives
