Job Summary of Sales Support Specialist:
In this part-time role, the main focus is on delivering customized customer experiences, suggesting health products, and supporting the day-to-day store operations. Team members are crucial in fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment that aligns with GNC’s Live Well mission.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Support Specialist:
- Engage in friendly interactions with clients to establish a welcoming and amicable environment.
- Assess the needs of customers and offer suggestions for relevant health and wellness products.
- Meet personal and store sales goals by promoting product familiarity.
- Execute online requests accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Keep up the store’s appearance by restocking inventory and managing the visual display of products.
- Help manage the daily store functions, including the opening and closing routines and the handling of cash flow.
- Maintain awareness of current nutritional trends and product details to offer valuable assistance to clients.
Qualifications and Experience of Sales Support Specialist:
- The age requirement is set at 18 years.
- Competence to be vertical or mobile for up to 8 hours per day.
- Needed to occasionally lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and push or pull objects up to 20 pounds.
- Flexible scheduling for mornings, nights, weekends, and recognized U.S. holidays.
- Advanced proficiency in relating to others and expressing messages.
- Capacity for independent work and teamwork.
