Job Summary of Temp Store Manager:

This role as a full-time hourly supervisor involves guiding the store staff to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. The person in this position will be in charge of supervising the day-to-day retail activities, enhancing productivity, overseeing inventory and merchandise presentation, and cultivating a supportive team atmosphere that embodies the company’s commitment to health and well-being.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Temp Store Manager:

• Guide and empower the team to deliver top-notch service while encouraging customer loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee the arrangement of product displays and maintain adherence to established company guidelines for merchandise presentation.
• Boost store productivity by meeting individual and group sales targets.
• Train and mentor retail staff, offering consistent guidance and evaluation of their work performance.
• Operate the store by managing tasks such as opening and closing procedures, handling cash transactions, making deposits, and conducting inventory checks.
• Attend local gatherings, exhibitions, and assemblies to advocate for health and wellness programs on behalf of the brand.

Qualifications and Experience of Temp Store Manager:

• Experience in a retail or supervisory role is advantageous.
• Excellent abilities in leading, communicating with others, and serving customers effectively.
• Flexibility in working hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasons, is a requirement.
• Able to be on foot or in motion for a maximum of 8 hours daily and capable of raising items weighing as much as 40 pounds.
• Regularly utilizing computers and point-of-sale systems for extended periods each day.
