Job Summary of Operations Manager:

As an integral part of the In-Home Services (IHS) team, the Operations Manager will lead a facility to achieve business success, manage a team of technicians, and ensure high performance across operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Manager:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the facility, overseeing staff, performance, and business goals.
• Direct, mentor, and develop managers and service technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure the facility meets operational KPIs and service targets, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage inventory, fleet, and resource allocation to support operational needs and optimize performance.
• Act as the senior leader on-site, driving initiatives that contribute to the company’s overall success while supporting staff development.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and company goals.
• Monitor facility operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer service.

Qualifications and Experience of Operations Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in an operations or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Salary:

Compensation: $83,950.00 / Year - $119,900.00 / Year, based on experience and qualifications.
