Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, especially in wireless services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional product demonstrations.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Spectrum and competitor offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and promotions to assist customer decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current technology and mobile devices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to wear a uniform.
