Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Store Lead Cashier:

• Ensure personalized attention by warmly welcoming and engaging with clients, advocating for products, and assisting with services and showcases.
• Secure that transactions are swiftly and courteously dealt with, comprising sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Contribute to loyalty strategies by encouraging customers to enroll in credit services and apps, playing a role in meeting store sales quotas and minimizing shrinkage issues.
• Support in training new cashiers and in cross-training other team members on the various functions of the register.
• Complete the steps necessary for initializing and terminating the register, performing exit inspections, and overseeing cashier clock-ins and clock-outs according to instructions.
• Ensure that the cashwrap and its nearby areas are neat, organized, and stocked with merchandise for customers.
• Abide by operational protocols and strategies that focus on preventing losses while prioritizing safety and inventory monitoring.
• Stay actively engaged in educational activities to stay current with trends and product information.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Store Lead Cashier:

• A high school diploma is the desired credential.
• A background of at least two years in a related field is recommended, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Well-versed in retail cashiering, sales operations, and conducting training for staff members.
• - Capable with foundational technology like handheld devices and POS systems.
• Possessing excellent communication skills, adept at multitasking, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Being adept at leading and influencing colleagues to work towards shared team objectives.

Salary:
