Job Summary of Advanced Stylist:

This role centers on providing professional hair and beauty services to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties involve advising guests, recommending services and products, and performing a variety of advanced salon services. The key emphasis is on achieving performance objectives, upholding operational standards, and supporting a cooperative salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Advanced Stylist:

• Presenting a comprehensive lineup of salon services, encompassing design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treating, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing where suitable.
• Achieve or surpass the goal of $1900 in weekly service sales by delivering exceptional guest service experiences.
• Encourage retail purchases by giving customized product recommendations and demonstrating them in the salon setting.
• Get involved in marketing events and promotions to interact with guests effectively and advertise services.
• Keep yourself knowledgeable about fresh trends and products to enrich both your services and client consultations.
• Create enduring connections with customers through personalized service and individualized retail suggestions.
• Foster a sense of teamwork and inclusivity within the salon by working closely with peers and brand partners.
• Follow cleanliness and safety guidelines to maintain a welcoming and secure salon environment.
• Confirm that all rules of the company, booking procedures, and guest readiness protocols are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience of Advanced Stylist:

• - It is essential to hold a valid license in cosmetology.
• Adequate salon experience is required.
• Proficient in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing procedures.
• Capable of utilizing salon instruments and products for precise treatments.
• Capable of recommending and selling top-of-the-line beauty products for professionals.
• Having a strong emphasis on developing repeat clientele through exceptional communication and guest service skills.
• Proficiency in working independently and in collaboration within a team setting.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule that may require evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

Hourly earnings can span from $16.35 to $23.60.
