Food Assembler
Job Summary of Food Assembler:
You will leads and supports our wide new store openings by collaborating with the new store opening program committee and regional teams. This role identifies opportunities, implements best practices, and manages timelines and resources in partnership with the Director, New Store Opening to ensure successful store launches.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Assembler:
- Manage or be engaged in the introduction of upcoming retail outlets across the company, utilizing the new store opening strategy group and regional teams for successful beginnings.
- Recognize chances for progress, keep an eye on investment returns, and carry out most effective techniques throughout the process, with input from the Director of New Store Launch.
- Aid in managing the certification of regional teams involved in launching new stores, support the Director in assigning team roles, and ensure adherence to elevated operational benchmarks.
- Collaborate on strategic planning tasks to align the goals and strategies of the New Store Opening Department.
- Serve as a consultant focused on Operations within the New Store Opening Program Committee.
- Make it a priority to have the Department for the Opening of New Stores deliver timely and effective support to the program committee and Operations, addressing inquiries promptly.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Assembler:
- A Bachelor's degree or similar experiential qualifications are mandatory.
- Individuals with prior experience in operations management or who have met the requirements of all GO 100 courses will be given priority; preference is given to those who have switched from Operations at ACO/Level 1.
- The minimum educational qualification is a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in a relevant area of study.
- Within a month of starting a new job, possessing a valid Food Handler’s Card is a must.
- Enrolled individuals need to wrap up the store's annual training program as part of their hiring process.

Salary:
- The expected annual salary can range between $112,500 and $158,000, with the precise figure depending on experience.
