Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

• Assist with managing all store operations alongside the store manager.
• Drive performance by coaching retail sales consultants to meet sales and service targets.
• Support merchandising strategies and execute product launches.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing expert guidance on AT&T products and services.
• Promote a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and goal achievement.
• Engage in local market opportunities and initiatives beyond the store.

Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Manager:

• Minimum three years of experience in sales or customer service within telecommunications or a related industry.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a retail setting.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of wireless terminology and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive performance through strategic leadership and collaboration.

Salary

Annual base salary ranges from $47,500 to $71,300, plus up to $18,000 in yearly commissions if sales goals are met.
