Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:

• Aid clients inquiring about automotive parts through both in-person interactions and phone consultations.
• Deliver knowledgeable support and help to clients and coworkers.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and ensure a positive shopping journey.
• Utilize digital systems and catalog information to track down specific parts efficiently.
• Interact with clientele to gain insights into their needs and suggest solutions accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Associate:

• Valid driver?? license.
• Past involvement in the automobile industry or a readiness to expand one's skills.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent, like a GED, is necessary for consideration, and applicants with technical or trade school backgrounds are preferred.
• Excellent communication prowess and top-notch customer service expertise.
• Capability to excel in a rapidly changing retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in the automotive, heavy machinery, agricultural field, or dealership setting.
• Experience garnered from employment in automobile parts stores, auction venues, and collision repair centers.
• Knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems is a valuable asset.
• Possession of ASE certifications is favored but not a compulsory prerequisite.
