Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Supervisor:

• Engage in the preparation and cooking of Panda's menu selections, ensuring consistent quality.
• Hone your personal capabilities and guide others in order to encourage a constructive and dynamic team ambiance.
• Stress the importance of following safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines during every shift.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Supervisor:

• Some level of high school education is considered desirable.
• While past involvement in operations or the food industry can be an asset, it is not obligatory.
• Conforming to the local food safety standards, including obtaining a Food Handler certification that the candidate is required to finance.
• Proficient in managing tasks in a high-speed, physically challenging environment that includes standing for long durations and lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and the agility to adjust to fluctuating priorities while adeptly resolving conflicts.
