Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Supervisor:
- Some level of high school education is considered desirable.
- While past involvement in operations or the food industry can be an asset, it is not obligatory.
- Conforming to the local food safety standards, including obtaining a Food Handler certification that the candidate is required to finance.
- Proficient in managing tasks in a high-speed, physically challenging environment that includes standing for long durations and lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and the agility to adjust to fluctuating priorities while adeptly resolving conflicts.
