Job Summary of Sales Floor Associate:

In this part-time job, the main responsibility is to offer individualized customer service, propose wellness items, and help with various store activities. Team members are essential in cultivating a successful and inclusive atmosphere that upholds GNC’s Live Well mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Floor Associate:

• Extend greetings to clients to establish a friendly and interactive setting.
• Analyze the needs of customers to propose suitable products for health and well-being.
• Meet personal and store sales objectives through enhancing product visibility.
• Process virtual orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure the store’s presentation remains polished through activities such as restocking items and organizing visual arrangements.
• Aid in the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis by overseeing opening and closing protocols and managing cash.
• Maintain awareness of current nutritional trends and product details to offer valuable assistance to clients.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Floor Associate:

• Being a minimum of 18 years old is required.
• Able to stand or walk for a period of up to 8 hours each day.
• Required to lift weights of up to 40 pounds periodically and move items by pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and significant American holidays.
• Proficient in engaging with others and transmitting information.
• Proficiency in working both autonomously and collectively with others.
