Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Associate:

• Aid customers with inquiries about automotive components through in-person assistance and telephone support.
• Provide expert support and guidance to both clients and coworkers.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers for a rewarding and positive shopping experience.
• Make efficient use of technology tools, cash registers, and organized catalog systems to streamline the process of finding parts.
• Engage with consumers to understand their expectations and suggest appropriate courses of action.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Associate:

• Valid driver?? license.
• Prior involvement in the automotive industry or an eagerness to grow and develop.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, with additional merit awarded to candidates who have completed technical or trade school studies.
• Superior skills in communication and a dedicated approach to customer service.
• Capacity to adapt quickly and perform successfully in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Involvement in the automotive, heavy equipment, farming industry, or dealership marketplace.
• Insight gained from hands-on involvement in the operations of parts stores, auction houses, and auto body/collision shops.
• Understanding how cataloging or inventory management systems work is crucial.
• The position may suggest a preference for ASE certifications, but they are not mandatory.
