Job Summary of Sales Assistant:

The core responsibilities of this part-time position include providing personalized customer experiences, recommending health products, and assisting with store operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Assistant:

• Extend a warm reception to guests to create a positive and interactive space.
• Evaluate customer requirements to suggest appropriate health and wellness products.
• Achieve personal and store sales quotas by raising product consciousness.
• Execute online requests accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Sustain the store’s visual attractiveness through tasks like restocking supplies and optimizing product displays.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the store by assisting with daily operations like opening and closing duties and cash handling.
• Stay abreast of nutritional trends and product insights to better aid customers.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Assistant:

• It is necessary to be of legal age, which is 18 years old.
• Competence to be vertical or mobile for up to 8 hours per day.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds intermittently and moving items by pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
• Willing to adapt schedule for mornings, evenings, weekends, and important U.S. holidays.
• Strong capabilities in interpersonal relationships and clear communication.
• Proficient in both independent work and teamwork.
