Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Associate:

• Help customers with their automotive parts questions whether in-store or via phone calls.
• Extend expertise and backing to customers and team associates.

• Harness the power of technology, cash registers, and inventory systems for sourcing and retrieving parts.
• Engage with consumers to identify their needs and offer relevant solutions.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Associate:

• Valid driver?? license.
• Experience in automotive-related roles or a keeess to adapt and learn.
• Basic educational requirements entail a high school diploma or GED, with the opportunity to stand out by having completed technical or trade school education.
• Strong communication skills coupled with exceptional customer service capabilities.
• Skill in managing responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization in the automotive, heavy equipment, farming industry, or dealership environment.
• Practical understanding developed through roles held in parts stores, auction sites, and automotive body shops.
• Being versed in cataloging or inventory management systems is advantageous.
• The preferred qualifications include ASE certifications, although they are not mandatory.
