Job Summary of Shift Leader:

You will be plays a vital role in supporting restaurant management to deliver exceptional food, service, and ambiance. This position involves leading the team during shifts, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, and contributing hands on to food preparation. It offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a dynamic, fast paced setting that values growth and teamwork.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Leader:

• Create and maintain a lively, inviting atmosphere for guests throughout the shift.
• Assist in managing daily store operations and lead team members to meet performance goals.
• Participate in cooking and preparing Panda’s menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop personal skills and help mentor others to foster a positive and productive team environment.
• Support adherence to safety, sanitation, and food handling standards during all shifts.

Qualifications and Experience of Shift Leader:

• Some high school education is preferred.
• Previous experience in operations or food service is advantageous but not required.
• Compliance with local food safety requirements, including obtaining a Food Handler certification at the applicant's expense.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflict effectively.
