Job Summary of Retail Coordinator:
In this part-time role, the main focus is on delivering customized customer experiences, suggesting health products, and supporting the day-to-day store operations. Team members are crucial in fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment that aligns with GNC’s Live Well mission.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Coordinator:
- Offer a friendly greeting to individuals to set a welcoming and engaging tone.
- Evaluate customer requirements to suggest appropriate health and wellness products.
- Attain personal and retail sales milestones by boosting product familiarity.
- Complete online purchases with precision and on schedule.
- Ensure the store’s presentation remains polished through activities such as restocking items and organizing visual arrangements.
- Assist with the daily activities of the store, such as managing opening and closing tasks and handling cash transactions.
- Maintain awareness of current nutritional trends and product details to offer valuable assistance to clients.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Coordinator:
- Being 18 years or older is mandatory.
- Capability to endure standing or walking for a duration of 8 hours each day.
- Must be able to lift weights of up to 40 pounds periodically and push or pull objects of 20 pounds.
- Open to working diverse hours, such as mornings, nights, weekends, and major U.S. holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept communication techniques.
- Capacity for independent work and teamwork.
