Job Summary of Food Preparer:

This position entails the preparation and cooking of food items to uphold standards of quality, presentation, and food safety, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the work area, executing recipes accurately, and adhering to safety regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Preparer:

• Execute menu preparations based on established recipes while ensuring adherence to plate presentation guidelines.
• Perform all necessary initial tasks efficiently and diligently.
• Establish and structure workstations according to the designated guidelines.
• Consistently implement safe and sanitary practices in all aspects of food handling.
• Before, during, and after every shift, ensure that the work area is cleaned and sanitized appropriately.
• Conclude the scheduled cleaning tasks for both the day and week.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Preparer:

• Eligible to work in the United States according to the law.
• Skill to stand without interruption for the duration of the work shift.
• Capable of comfortably lifting objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Over the age of 18 is the preferred requirement.

Salary:

The range for hourly pay is $14.50 to $18.00
