Retail Store Manager (Non Driving Role)
Job Summary

This role focuses on managing day-to-day store operations, coaching sales staff, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, while representing Spectrum’s full suite of telecommunications products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver top-tier customer experiences.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture through training, development, and best-practice sharing.
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Provide hands-on support to customers, using expert knowledge of products including internet, mobile, TV, and voice services.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with regional and territory managers to execute company initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, ideally within a retail environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of management experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of telecommunications or wireless industry experience preferred.

Salary
Base pay ranges from $69,000.00 to $113,800.00, with a commission earnings target starting at $13,200.00.
