Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Products Consultant:

• Deliver outstanding support by welcoming and aiding visitors, offering personalized advice, and informing them about product details and current promotional offers.
• Reach or outperform store objectives in terms of retail sales, service revenue, customer loyalty programs, and omni-channel efforts.
• Manage financial transactions, reimbursements, exchanges, and provide assistance with digital purchases through Ulta Beauty's platforms.
• Enhance guest interaction and boost sales by conducting product demonstrations, like makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Aid in managing bookings for services and executing in-store events to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain the arrangement of product displays, signage, and hygiene in designated spaces like the retail floor, restroom facilities, and breakroom.
• Engage in inventory duties, merchandise resets, and processing shipments as per Ulta Beauty guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Products Consultant:

• It is desirable for applicants to hold a high school diploma.
• - Candidates with at least one year of pertinent experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience, are preferred.
• Revealed a deep passion for delivering top-notch customer service and product familiarity.
• Knowledgeable in the utilization of technology, such as POS systems and mobile devices.
• Shows proficiency in interpersonal aptitude and the skill to engage in collaborative efforts or solo endeavors.

Salary:

The pay bracket for this position is $17.00 to $24.50 per hour.
