This position is focused on delivering expert level hair and beauty services while enhancing the overall guest experience. The role involves consulting with guests, recommending services and products, and performing a wide range of advanced salon services. Emphasis is placed on achieving performance targets, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a collaborative salon environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Service Lead:
- Delivering a full spectrum of salon services like design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treatments, styling, perms, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing when necessary.
- Attain or surpass the target of $1900 in weekly service sales by ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Increase retail sales through personalized recommendations for products and in-salon demonstrations that engage customers.
- Utilize marketing events and promotions as opportunities to interact with guests and promote various services effectively.
- Stay abreast of developments in trends and products to enrich your services and consultations with clients.
- Build strong guest loyalty through personalized interactions and customized retail recommendations.
- Support an atmosphere of inclusiveness and teamwork in the salon by collaborating with peers and brand partners.
- Adhere to cleanliness and safety regulations to maintain a salon environment that is safe, clean, and inviting.
- Guarantee that company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures are in place and followed accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Service Lead:
- - A cosmetology license that is legitimate is essential.
- Having experience in a salon is crucial.
- Competency in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing procedures.
- Experienced in the application of salon tools and chemicals for technical procedures.
- Adept at suggesting and selling premium beauty products for experts.
- Leveraging strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent guest service to build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Skill in managing responsibilities alone and in cooperation with others within a team environment.
- Ability to work a schedule that is flexible, potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
