Job Summary of Store Lead:

• Be involved in the culinary preparation of Panda's menu options, ensuring quality and uniformity.
• Develop personal proficiencies and guide peers to create an atmosphere that is both positive and conducive to productivity within the team.
• Maintain a focus on following safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations consistently during shifts.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Lead:

• Individuals with some prior high school learning are preferred.
• Experience in operations or the food industry is advantageous, although not necessary for this role.
• Abiding by the local food safety policies, including obtaining a Food Handler certification that is at the cost of the candidate.
• Aptitude for excelling in a quick-paced, physically demanding environment that encompasses prolonged standing and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication abilities and the adeptness to pivot with changing priorities while proficiently handling conflicts.
