Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Manager:

• Manage every facet of store operations, including overseeing employees, setting up work schedules, and handling inventory control.
• Take the lead in training, coaching, and nurturing team members to maintain a high standard of food and service excellence.
• Maintain conformity with guidelines related to food hygiene, sanitation, and corporate regulations.
• Achieve an increase in sales performance while ensuring optimal profitability through strategic business management techniques.
• Foster an inclusive ambiance that embodies Panda Express's pledge to meeting guest expectations.
• Successfully complete the mandatory training programs and take part in continuous development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience of General Manager:

• Completion of high school education or a comparable qualification is necessary.
• Willing to work weekends and travel up to 50 miles from the store, showcasing adaptability in scheduling.
• Successful participation in Serve Safe certification or a comparable food safety course is mandatory.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication capabilities essential for overseeing rapid-paced environments.
• Capacity to be adaptable in response to evolving priorities and adeptly resolving conflicts.
