Job Summary of Restaurant Cook:

This role plays a vital part in our kitchen operations by preparing quality food and supporting a welcoming dining experience. You will bring passion to every dish, lead by example in the back of house, and help maintain the energetic and inclusive atmosphere our guests enjoy. This position supports training efforts and upholds high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Cook:

• Promote a lively and warm environment for visitors.
• Make sure that all menu offerings are cooked and assembled in compliance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team.
• Manage all responsibilities in the kitchen's rear operation, covering tasks like cooking, prepping ingredients, and sanitation.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Cook:

• A level of education beyond basic schooling is recommended for this role.
• It is advantageous to have previous experience in overseeing restaurant functions.
• Complying with local food safety certification protocols entails obtaining a Food Handler certification at the individual's cost.
