Job Summary:

Climbia Enterprise LLC is seeking independent role to join a trusted network of skilled tradespeople. We provide consistent, flexible work opportunities for professionals in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general facility maintenance. Contractors will support multi-site regional and national clients with timely, high-quality services through our integrated facilities management programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fulfill work orders connected to general upkeep, repairs, and specialized trade services.
• Foster efficient dialogue with account representatives and customer points of contact within Climbia Enterprise LLC to ensure smooth communication.
• Employ the specialized work-order supervision app to receive updates on tasks, maintain documentation, and generate invoices.
• Ensure that each project complies with safety standards and upholds the desired level of quality.
• Stay adaptable to take on assignments according to your availability and geographical area.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, or general repair fields is desired.
• Trustworthy conveyance and essential instruments needed for executing allocated responsibilities.
• Proficiency in communication and adept time supervision are key attributes.
• General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is recommended but not required, with the choice to opt in at the individual’s discretion.
• Focused on offering professional and top-notch service with a keen eye for detail.

Salary:

The compensation is competitive and can be adjusted based on the project requirements or hours worked, with the possibility of having job-related expenditures taken care of. An optional insurance plan is also available, allowing for coverage of damages with a 10% premium, extending up to $10,000 in benefits.
