Job Summary of Inventory Specialist:

This part-time position centers on delivering personalized customer experiences, suggesting wellness products, and aiding in the logistics of store operations. Team members are integral in promoting a high-performing, inclusive environment that echoes GNC’s Live Well mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Specialist:

• Welcome and greet customers to promote a friendly and engaging experience.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend suitable health and wellness products.
• Attain individual and store sales objectives by enhancing product promotion.
• Meet online demands accurately and promptly.
• Maintain the store’s overall appearance by restocking goods and enhancing the visual merchandising.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the store by assisting with daily operations like opening and closing duties and cash handling.
• Be well-informed about nutritional innovations and product facts to provide effective customer guidance.

Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Specialist:

• Being a minimum of 18 years old is required.
• Capacity to remain upright or ambulate for a total of 8 hours in a day.
• Ability to occasionally handle objects weighing up to 40 pounds and push/pull loads of up to 20 pounds.
• Willing to adapt schedule for mornings, evenings, weekends, and important U.S. holidays.
• Profound skills in connecting with individuals and articulating thoughts.
• Ability to work on one’s own and in coordination with a group.
