Job Summary of Kitchen Team Member:

This role plays a vital part in our kitchen operations by preparing quality food and supporting a welcoming dining experience. You will bring passion to every dish, lead by example in the back of house, and help maintain the energetic and inclusive atmosphere our guests enjoy. This position supports training efforts and upholds high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Team Member:

• Develop a vibrant and inviting setting for those arriving.
• Cook and assemble menu items following the prescribed recipes and quality benchmarks set by the company.
• Provide support in training and managing kitchen team members.
• Take care of all tasks in the kitchen's backstage area, involving food preparation, cooking, and cleaning responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Team Member:

• Having some high school experience is advantageous in this field.
• Ideal candidates will have a background in managing restaurant operations.
• Meeting the local food safety certification obligations involves obtaining a Food Handler certification with expenses covered by the individual.
