Job Summary of Store Manager:

This full-time hourly supervisory role is responsible for leading the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales goals. The individual will oversee daily retail operations, drive performance, manage inventory and product displays, and foster a positive team environment that reflects the brand’s health and wellness mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Manager:

• Lead and support the team to provide excellent service and promote customer loyalty programs.
• Manage product merchandising and ensure products are presented according to company standards.
• Drive store performance by achieving personal and team sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach store associates; provide regular feedback and performance management.
• Open, close, and operate the store, including cash handling, deposits, and inventory counts.
• Represent the brand at community events, fairs, and meetings to promote health and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Manager:

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Capable of standing or walking up to 8 hours a day and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems frequently throughout the day.

Salary:

Base pay range of $17 to $20.
